For Starters: NJCU and Rutgers-Camden both seek their first conference win of the season today in a matchup of teams struggling for offense inside the league.
#GothicRewind—NJCU Drops Game to StocktonCassie Lubonski made 10 saves in back-to-back games and the NJCU women's soccer team put up nine shots on one of the top defensive units in Division III—including seven in the second half—but fell to Stockton University, 4-0, on October 20. The Ospreys scored twice in each period and recorded its 12th shutout of the season as a team. NJCU was able to manage the fifth most shots against Stockton this season.
Lubonski Stopping MostSenior goalkeeper
Cassie Lubonski has reached double digits in saves seven times this season with a high of 15 against FDU-Florham (September 2). She has had at least nine saves in all five NJAC games thus far. She leads the league in saves per game (8.79) and total saves with 123—54 more than any other players. She ranks 27th nationally in total saves and 36th in saves per game.

Merino Impressing:Katherin Merino has been NJCU's offensive leader all year. One of the top offensive newcomers in the league, she leads the conference in shots per game (4.38), ranks second in total shots (57), and lists 10th in points (15), points per game (1.15) goals (6) and goals per game (0.46). She is also seventh in game-winning goals (2) and assists (3) and eighth in assists per game (0.23).
Camden Notes:- Rutgers-Camden enters the game in a serious goal-scoring drought, having not found the net in 591:11. It's the third longest streak in the Raptors' program history. If NJCU holds RUC scoreless for the first 14:41, it would the second-longest streak of 605:52. The Raptors have been shutout in six straight games, tying the school's second longest shutout streak. Camden's last goal was Casandra Torres'' game-tying goal in a 1-1 deadlock against William Paterson on September 19. The longest streak in RU-Camden history is 895:42 from September 1 to October 8, 2011, including a program-record nine straight shutout losses.
