For Starters: NJCU faces 7-time reigning New Jersey Athletic Conference champion Stockton University in a home NJAC match. Stockton has won 58 of their last 59 conference matches. The Ospreys have won seven consecutive matches and 21 of their last 22 contests.
McIntyre Reaches 100: Sophomore setter
Rachel McIntyre, the sports editor of NJCU's school newspaper 'The Gothic Times', became just the sixth player in program history to serve 100 aces in two seasons with four against Manhattanville on Saturday. She is also fifth in program history in assists with 1,174 entering play today.

Elyssa Magee with a 3.89 GPA in Psychology (Criminal Justice minor) are both nominees for the 2015 Academic All-District team. Winners will be announced in early November.
#GothicRewind—NJCU Split Tri-Match:On Saturday, NJCU split its final non-conference tri-match of the season, defeating Maritime College, 3-0 (25-0, 25-0, 25-21) before falling to Manhattanville College, 3-0 (25-20, 25-16, 25-19). Maritime forfeited the first two sets. In the loss to M-Ville,
Ayleen Pittar had a solid effort for NJCU, posting her first double-digit digs effort with 13 while landing eight kills at a .269 pace (8-1-26).
Rachel McIntyre delivered her 12th career double-double (third of season) with 18 assists, 10 digs and four aces. Freshman
Georgina Rayo defended a career-high 20 digs.
The Rooks!:Georgina Rayo was the NJAC Rookie of the Week in weeks 1 and 2 of the season on September 8 and 15 while
Amber O'Donnell took home week 5 honors on October 5. Meanwhile,
Ayleen Pittar, who joined the program on October 9, is putting up sensational freshman numbers.
Stockton is Sensational:- Stockton has won seven consecutive NJAC titles dating to the 2008 season and has won eight of the last nine—defeating NJCU in the 2006 conference championship match to begin that streak.
- Stockton received 29 points in the latest AVCA Division III national poll on October 20. That is equivalent to a No. 32 national ranking.
- Stockton has lost just twice all season—a nail-bitter 3-2 loss to Buffalo State in the third match of the season (25-23, 26-24, 12-25, 21-25, 18-16) on September 4 and a 3-1 decision at Muhlenberg on September 26 that snapped a 14-match winning streak.
- Stockton has lost just two sets to conference opponents this year (Kean, 3-1 and Rutgers-Camden, 3-1) and a total of 18 of 90 sets the entire season. Stockton has won 13 times by a 3-0 result.
- Macy Schwartz is the reigning NJAC Player of the Year and a two-time All-Conference selection. She was a 5-time NJAC Player of the Week last year.
- Lindsay Schuele was a First-Team All-NJAC choice in 2014. She was a 1-time NJAC Player of the Week last year.
- Junior Ida Uffen is a two-time Second-Team All-NJAC product.
- Senior setter Shannon Clark was Honorable Mention All-NJAC last season.
- Stephanie Kovacs was named the NJAC Player of the Week on week 6 (October 12).
- Stockton has dominated the Defensive Player of the Week category this season, winning in six of seven weeks. Rebecka Zabilowicz is a four-time selection, including each of the last two weeks (1, 2, 6, and 7) while Idi Uffen was a two-time selection in weeks 3 and 4. Zabilowicz also won the award twice last year and Uffen won once.
- Stockton leads the NJAC in hitting percentage at .285—no other team is higher than .190. Additionally, Stockton leads the league in kills per set (12.76), and blocks (2.42). Jenna Lara leads the league in hitting percentage while Schuele (.328) and Uffen (.305) list third and fourth. Uffen leads the NJAC in blocks (1.32) while Zabilowicz is the league's dig leader (5.59).
- Stockton freshman setter Kennedy Hubbard has been selected to receive the inaugural Sports Imports Courage Award from Sports Imports, Inc. Hubbard and Kennedy's Cause, a charity that she and her family founded to fight lymphatic malformation—a medical condition she was born with— embarked on a project this summer to have two sand volleyball courts constructed in her hometown of Moorestown.
