For Starters: NJCU looks to snap a five-game losing streak against the defending New Jersey Athletic Conference champions. This will be the first home NJAC game of the season.
At Home:NJCU is 1-2 at home this season. The Knights last home game was two weeks ago (September 9) against Baruch, but was abandoned just before kickoff due to lightning.
#GothicRewind—24th ranked Camden Edges NJCU:The Gothic Knights, behind rookie goalkeeper
Anthony Moyano, took #24 ranked Rutgers-Camden to the half scoreless and gained a 1-0 lead in the 64th minute when
Mohamed Elamin scored off a
Nicholas O'Neill assist. But the 24th ranked Scarlet Raptors bounced back, as two-time All-American
Mike Ryan tied it in the 75th minute before RUC moved in front in the 80
th and prevailed, 3-1.
Scoreless at the Half:NJCU has taken an opponent to the half scoreless four times this season and in two straight games. However, the Knights have lost all four of those games (9/4/2015 vs. John Jay, 9/12/15 vs. #1 Christopher Newport, 9/19/15 at NYU and 9/21/15 at Rutgers-Camden).
