For Starters:
NJCU seeks its first win of the season against a York College side that is also winless. NJCU's last win was September 3, 2014 (2-1, 2 OT) vs. CCNY. This is the third of four straight home games to open the season.

Same Result:
NJCU has lost its first two games of the season by identical 3-1 results. Each time NJCU was either leading (1-0 vs. CCNY) or even (0-0, John Jay) at halftime.

In Need of Offense:
Abdou Touray and Tyler Krychkowski are the only players to find the back of the net this season despite NJCU outshooting its first two opponents, 38-20.

#GothicRewind:
In its last outing on September 4, NJCU fell to John Jay, 3-1. NJCU outshot John Jay, 25-10, but senior forward Graysen Carlson burned the Gothic Knights with goals in the 50th, 70th and 84th minutes as his hat trick lifted the Bloodhounds to only their second win over NJCU in 17 meetings.

York Notes:
The Cardinals come in on the wrong side of two five-goal losses. After losing to NJAC foe TCNJ, 5-0, on September 2, the Cardinals dropped a wild 7-2 contest to Yeshiva on September 6. Yeshiva led 6-1 at halftime, scoring the first six goals of the game, including two in the first 1:56 of the game. Ricardo Bartley and Albert Lucas scored the lone unassisted goals for York—its only tallies thus far in 2015.

Athlete of the Week:
Senior forward Tyler Krychkowski is the first NJCU Men's Athlete of the Week this season after scoring once and assisting on another in the first two games.
