JERSEY CITY, N.J. — Due to the predicted inclement weather expected to hit the area on Saturday, Sept. 7 — the original date for the New Jersey City University women's soccer home opener — the Gothic Knights have announced a change to its first home contest of the 2024 season.
NJCU, still welcoming non-conference foe John Jay College to Robert L. McNulty Memorial Soccer Field, will now host the Bloodhounds on Friday, Sept. 6, with a 3:00 p.m. kickoff to preempt the poor conditions expected on the original date. Fans can attend the match free of charge, or tune in live on
