Bart scored 975 points during his three and one-half year career with the Gothics for then head coach Ollie Gelston. A standout on the 1961 New Jersey State Conference championship team, he earned second team All-NJSCAC honors in 1961 and first team honors in 1962. Bart later became the head basketball coach at Cliffside Park High School, where his teams won two State sectional titles, as well as a State championship in 1971.
