Jim is considered one of the finest soccer players in the history of the college. A four-year letter winner, he earned first-team All-Conference honors in 1976, 1978, and 1979 and was named second-team All-Conference in 1977. He was also an All-State selection in his freshman year as well as his junior year. In 1976, Jim led the Gothic defense that recorded nine shutouts and was a key in the team’s 12-4 season and a berth in the ECAC Tournament. He was team captain in his junior and senior years. Jim resides in Kearny and is currently a sales representative for Blackstone Company, a building products firm.
