Fred Douglas

Fred played varsity basketball from 1966 through 1970 and is the second leading scorer in J.C.S.C. history with 1,498 career points. He still holds the record for the highest scoring average in one season (23.5) and for most free throw conversions in one season (154). He played in two N.A.I.A. post season tournaments under Coach Larry Schiner. Fred was honored as First Team College Division All-State in 1970 and First Team All-Conference in 1968 and 1970. He is now a math teacher at Parsippany Hills High School and a former high school basketball coach.
